SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver our products in and across India. Delivery will be initiated at the earliest. Your delivery shall only be delivered to the address submitted when you placed the order.
In case there is an error in any of the information submitted by you, we are not responsible for you not receiving the orders. So, we urge our customers to submit only the correct details to avoid any inconveniences.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

The products purchased through PPG using the QR Code of the Preferred Partner Store, shall only be physically collected by You from the Preferred Partner Store at the time of making payment.
If You are eligible to receive a free giveaway for completing a purchase at one of our Preferred Partner Stores, the gift will be dispatched to Your provided address.
